Resilience is "being at work TO STAY THE SAME".
Identity must be preserved, ergo, the system is not free to evolve beyond its "genetic code" — beyond its specifications, for instance.
Not so with antifragility. Antifragility is "being at work TO GET BETTER IN THE PROCESS".
There, you change, and accept the risks of change — the risks of living.

I think this is the biggest difference between resilience and antifragility:"Living means changing [..];
Still, you don't change.

the project embodied in your structure."
